Welcome to the Kane County Clerk’s new online Units of Government portal.
More than 150+ units of government will use this system to submit lists of people required to file a
Statement of Economic Interests with the Kane County Clerk's Office.
The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act requires Units of Government to submit an updated filer list each year by February 1.

Find your unit code: Units of Government Code Listing
To get ready, you will need:
- Your unit of government code
- Your unit's phone number
- Your unit's address

- A list of your unit's filers
- Information about each filer, including: name; address; phone number; email; job title.
